Common Questions & Sensitivities

How long until I see results?

Many users notice changes in 3–6 weeks with consistent use.

Is it safe long-term?

It is safe to use long-term but we recommend that it be monitored by a healthcare professional.

How Long Will a Tube Last?

A tube usually lasts around two months when used as directed.

However, if you're applying a bit more to help with hot flashes or night sweats, you might go through it more quickly.

What should I do for sudden hot flashes or night sweats?

Apply a small amount of the cream to the inside of your wrists whenever needed. This "spot application" can provide additional support during sudden symptoms.

What if my symptoms continue after starting the protocol?

If symptoms persist, you may need to increase your dose slightly or ensure you are using the cream more consistently. Hormonal balance often requires steady, daily application to see full results.

Sensitivities/Allergies:

If you notice skin sensitivity, try applying only to the palms of hands or soles of feet. If a rash appears, discontinue use.
