We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.
Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. International Order Refunds
At Wild Yam Cream Love (a trading name of Olive Blossom Limited), we ship our botanical products worldwide. However, please be aware of the following conditions for orders outside of our primary shipping zone:
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Any import duties, taxes, or additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer (the recipient). We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Unclaimed Orders: Any unclaimed International orders returned to our facility will automatically be refunded less the original shipping fees and a 10% handling charge.
Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the order will be treated as an "Unclaimed Order" and subject to the refund deductions mentioned above.
